Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our company's strategic and tactical efforts. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, driving innovation, and ensuring the company's growth and success in the cybersecurity market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior management within the cybersecurity or technology sectors, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vision and Strategic Leadership:

- Manage sales operations in the USA, and Israel- direct sales and via partners.

- Develop and implement long-term vision and goals for the company.

- Create strategic plans for growth and expansion in the cybersecurity market.

- Lead innovation processes and technological initiatives to drive the company forward.

- Management and Execution:

- Oversee daily business operations.

- Supervise workflow processes and manage employee teams.

- Set success metrics and monitor performance to ensure goals are met.

-Technical guidance and R&D team leading and mentoring

- Business Development and Marketing:

- Build relationships and partnerships with distributors in the USA, UK, and Israel.

- Lead the company's marketing efforts, utilizing a team based in APAC (SDR and Marketing).

- Manage public relations and communication with potential and existing clients.

- Financial Management:

- Oversee the company's budget and expenditures.

- Work with the board to create financial forecasts.

- Raise resources and capital for business development.

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a CEO managing a small business including all aspects-Finance and budgeting, sales, R&D team managemant and mentoring , ongoing operations.

-Proven Managerial Experience as a Senior manager in the cybersecurity or technology industry.

- Sales and Business Development Skills: Ability to build relationships and commercial partnerships.

-In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and the ability to guide development teams.

- Financial Acumen: Oversight and management of budgets and expenditures, working with institutions, creating financial forecasts, and raising capital.

- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, guiding the company in new and innovative directions.
