Sales and Business Development Manager at Experis Cyber is responsible for developing and driving sales strategies in the field of cyber security solutions and our services. The position includes building relationships with potential customers, managing the sales process from start to finish, and reaching sales goals while maintaining professional relationships and high quality services.
As part of the job:
• Identification and promotion of new business opportunities in the information security and cyber market.
• Establishing relationships with potential clients and managing relationships with existing clients.
• Management and coordination with the technical service teams to understand the needs of the customers and adapt advanced solutions to them.
• Managing the sales process at all stages, including presenting solutions, preparing price offers, managing negotiations and completing transactions.
• Developing sales strategies and tracking performance to ensure achievement of goals.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with customized solutions.
• Solving problems and maintaining professional relationships with customers throughout the contract period.
• Preparing sales reports and planning strategies according to the information collected.
• Analyzing performance and reporting on progress towards meeting goals.
Requirements:
• Experience of at least 3-5 years in sales in the field of information technologies or cyber security - mandatory
• In-depth understanding of cyber security solutions and the ability to negotiate complex technological solutions.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an orderly manner.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (an advantage for a degree in information technology or management) - mandatory
• High level English (writing and speaking) - mandatory
