Senior Clinical Research Associate (Part-time 0.6 FTE)

Contract duration: 12 months with possible extension

Location: Israel (remote)

Employment type: 0.6 FTE, equivalent to 24 hours per week

Kelly FSP is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support one of the top five pharmaceutical companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, ideally in medical devices and cardiology.

Please note: This role involves significant travel across the Saudi and Israel to manage and support clinical study sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support sites on data clinic maintenance and compliance.
• Assist with enrollment processes.
• Help the team with start-up activities.
• Provide submission support.
• Engage with ethical committees.
• Manage tasks related to emerging markets.
• Handle management of some payment tasks.
• Conduct occasional remote activities.
• Oversee department payment management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: Background in clinical research and/or clinical site management, with related experience in medical devices.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of study conduct, follow-up, and monitoring.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal), Hebrew and possibly Arabic.
• Medical Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of medical terminology.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Team player with a positive attitude.
• Advanced Knowledge: Advanced understanding of clinical and outcomes research study design.
