Job Description

Western Digital Israel People strategy team is looking for a people strategy partner to join our team and be the Tefen site (near Karmiel) people strategy partner).

In this role you will be collaborating with the local engineering leaders to achieve their business changing goals by supporting the people strategy aspects, focusing on talent development and enrichment, enhancing FPE culture, sense of belonging, employee engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with high interpersonal skills, independent dynamic person, with proven ability to achieve results. A team player, to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

As People Strategy Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving organizational health. You'll continuously assess business needs and coach managers and employees.

Qualifications

• BA in Social or Behavioral science (mandatory) MA (advantage)
• 6+ years relevant experience preferably in a High-Tech global environment
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Agile thinking, flexibility, and resistance in face of ambiguity
• Consultancy skills proven abilities
• Orientation to community involvement
• The position is at WD Tefen. Flexibility to travel to Kfar Saba from time to time.
