Maolac Decoding Nature  – Development and Production of Nutritional Supplements

Responsibilities:

• Lead technological and process development in scaling up new production processes and upgrading existing lines.
• Manage product specifications and production processes.
• Drive improvement and optimization processes.
• Conduct trials on production lines.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
• Identify technological causes of production failures.
• Train and implement technological knowledge to production staff.
• Understand the impact of critical parameters in various processes.
• Write work protocols for new processes.
• Develop and maintain product files.

Requirements:

• Food Technologist/Engineer.
• 1-2 years of experience as a production technologist.
• Good English skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Full-time position.
