Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging UI/UX experiences that resonate with users across our social marketplace platform.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of your designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Adobe XD.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

• Mastery of Adobe XD at the highest level. This is a MUST.
• Proven experience in UI and UX design, specifically from leading B2C startups.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and your creative process.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain your design decisions.

Compensation:

Please note that during the MVP phase (the next 4 months), compensation will be provided only in the form of equity. Salary payments will begin after the product launch.
