What You'll Do

Work closely with the company Marketing & User Acquisitions team to optimize the company's lead funnels into highly converting, beautifully designed landing pages and qualification quizzes
Create visually appealing designs that align with the brand identity and target audience
Lead development of landing pages, quizzes and website conversion flows
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop Image & Video ads
Mobile 1st design, while optimizing designs for various platforms and formats

What We Look For

5+ years of experience working in graphic design, preferably in a related industry such as cosmetic, beauty, or aesthetics
A portfolio including examples of highly converting landing pages, ads, website, animation and digital graphics
Understanding of the psychology of the target audience and how to create designs that will resonate with them and encourage to take desired actions (e.g., requesting a consultation)
Someone who is self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure that all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet the highest quality standards
Strong early stage startup mentality and work ethics
