Z2A Digital is a pioneering digital advertising agency that specializes in mobile app user

acquisition. As we are expanding our supply and demand-side monetization partnerships within

the advertising ecosystem. We’re seeking dynamic leaders to manage these critical relationships

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

o Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned

clients.

o Understanding Business Objectives: Understand their business objectives,

challenges, and needs.

o Long-Lasting Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships.

2. Customer Satisfaction:

o Timely Solution Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of our

solutions.

o Responsive Communication: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback

promptly.

o Exceptional Service: Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

3. Goal Oriented:

o Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed revenue targets.

o KPIs: Reach and surpass key performance indicators.

o Account Growth: Foster monthly account growth.

4. Collaboration:

o Internal Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Customer Service,

Product Development) to enhance the client experience.

5. Business Development:

accounts.

needs.
