Help Desk Specialist

For an international high-tech company, we are looking for an HD Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HD Technician to join our team. The position involves handling a wide range of technical support tasks and assisting company employees with various technological issues.

Responsibilities:

• Computer Installation and Deployment: Install and configure new computers, including image deployment and settings for new and existing computers.
• Basic Windows Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in Windows systems, providing immediate support for ongoing and more complex problems as needed.
• Working with Additional Operating Systems: Support and work with MacOS and Linux operating systems when necessary.
• Setting Up Virtual Environments: Create virtual environments to support various projects, including managing and configuring these environments.
• Physical Support: Set up workstations, including connecting peripheral equipment, networks, and resolving onsite issues for company employees.
• Onsite Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide onsite support for technical issues, solve complex technical problems, and ensure work continuity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HD role with expertise in Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with MacOS and Linux systems – an advantage.
• High technical proficiency in computer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience working with virtual environments.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
