Social User Acquisition Manager

Join our dynamic Social UA team! We are a leading gaming company looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take charge of our global advertising campaigns across various social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and more. As a Mobile Social UA Manager, you will be at the forefront of our user acquisition efforts, managing high-budget campaigns across multiple social platforms. This hands-on role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, and scale social media campaigns to meet company objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics (ROI, engagement, etc.) to drive actionable insights.
• Identifying trends in real-time and taking actions accordingly
• Work closely with the creative department, provide creative input, including copy suggestions and ad ideas
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in the industry.
• Implement innovative strategies to maximize campaign performance.
• Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics & goals
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to refine and improve campaign performance.
• Develop a strong understanding of the gaming industry, competition, and marketing landscape.

What we expect

• 1+ years of experience in social media UA for mobile apps (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) – Must
• Experience in the gaming industry – Preferred
• Experience with additional UA channels including Native and DSP’s - Preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with large-scale advertising budgets ($100K+).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Ability to innovate and optimize creative performance through new initiatives and testing strategies.
• Highly motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
