Software Development Team Lead

We're looking for a Software Development Team Lead to join our financial company in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

-Oversee the design, development and deployment of software applications

-Manage the development of RESTful services, including the design, exposure and documentation of REST APIs with Swagger

-Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate the software delivery process

-Utilize OpenShift, Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration of applications

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in software coding and development
• 3 years of experience in a team leadership role, managing and guiding software development teams
• Proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for building robust applications
• Experience with RESTful services, REST API design, and documentation using Swagger
• Expertise in CI/CD processes, OpenShift, Kubernetes and Docker
