Cybersecurity and Compliance Expert

Cynomi, a leading cybersecurity startup, is seeking a talented Cybersecurity and Compliance Expert to join our product team. Our platform empowers service providers to deliver top-notch virtual vCISO services to their clients. As part of this job, you will play a critical role in shaping the product’s content and methodology, ensuring it meets the highest cybersecurity standards. Responsibilities

• Content Development:
• Responsible for the cybersecurity content roadmap and strategy in the platform, including content structure, quality, and professionalism.
• Maintain Cynomi's cybersecurity framework and create high-quality, professional content tailored for vCISOs, including guidelines, best practices, procedures, and protocols for the platform.
• Develop use cases with the product team to ensure content meets the various needs of users.
• Responsible for creating and managing system logic and ongoing maintenance as needed.
• Validate content systematically produced using AI models for mechanism calibration.
• Develop templates and materials for vCISOs to use within the platform.
• Ensure the execution and quality of cybersecurity frameworks mapping to the Cynomi framework.
• Collaborate with the product, development, and QA teams to improve the process and efficiency of content creation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical writers to ensure accuracy and refine and enhance content.
• Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies to continually improve and innovate the platform's content and features.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement methodologies within the platform, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices. Ensure that features are user-friendly and valuable to end-users (vCISOs).
• Build and lead a professional group of partners to provide feedback and support content creation

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 8 years in information security, with at least 5 years as an auditor, CISO or similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred.
• Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of security frameworks, standards, best practices and security products.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, procedures, and protocols.
• Proven experience in developing and managing high-quality cybersecurity content and strategies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and mapping processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, R&D and technical writers.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive change.
• Proficiency in Excel, GRC platforms, and project management tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
