Business Analyst/BI Developer

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst/BI Developer to join our team. This role includes supporting the company’s data-driven initiatives, developing and implementing BI strategies, and collaborating with the BI and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to building the organization’s data capabilities, driving insights, and enabling informed decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards, customized reports and scorecards based on business requirements.
• Build compelling story, new product features and actionable insights using Data.
• Manage ad hoc analytic requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Responsible for reviewing and optimization of SQL queries and investigating database performance issues.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SQL databases and data architecture.
• Extensive experience in multidimensional data modelling; star schemas, snowflakes, handling – slow-changing- dimensions/attributes.
• Understanding of disciplined approach towards Data Visualization and Reporting.
• Experience with at least one major BI/Reporting Application.
• Ability to lead cross-functional team communication and develop cross-functional partnerships.
• Familiarity with our Data Technology Stack (SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Tableau and other).
• Ability to quickly grasp existing systems, goals, and tech. options for given situations.
