Legal Tech Company Seeking Customer Success Manager
A small software company in central Israel is looking for a responsible and proactive individual to manage and strengthen customer relationships and lead the optimal implementation of the product. The role includes training clients and assisting with product design based on field insights.
Job Details:
Part-time / Partial position, most of the work is done remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing and strengthening customer relationships.
- Daily support for clients.
- Leading the product implementation process with clients.
- Conducting training sessions for clients.
- Collecting feedback from clients and influencing product development.
Ideal Candidate:
- High ability for self-learning and quick comprehension.
- Willingness to take initiative and think creatively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Previous experience is not required.
