Technical Operations Manager

Videocites is a novel AI-based video tracking and analytics company. Comprising state of the art Machine Learning and Computer Vision technologies, our cloud-based SaaS platform is used by global companies in multiple industries: Media and Entertainment, Advertising, Sports and Homeland Security. Videocites was established by several serial entrepreneurs and three renowned Computer Science professors.

We are seeking for motivated Technical Operations Manager in a full capacity to perform and lead diverse operational tasks and activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling and planning team leaders tasks and shifts.
• Build project workflows and workplans based on system’s functionality and customers’ requirements.
• Manage and track Ops day-to-day activity to ensure timely flawless projects delivery.
• Systems setup and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge hub and Ops Go-To person.
• Explore social platforms behavior and trends.
• Support reporting initiatives to different stakeholders and lead data-driven investigations/analysis.
• Assist with hiring and training new team members.  
• Ability to develop strong teams and collaborate with peers internally and cross-company to promote and achieve the department’s objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of proven experience leading team leaders in a technical ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree 
• A team player and a problem solver
• High proficiency in English
• Strong computer and internet skills
• A Must: High proficiency in Excel
• A Must: Sports fan
• A Must: Social and digital media savvy
• A Must: Deep experience in tech/software environments
