About the Role:

• Manage sales activities within the premium furniture sales team, reporting directly to the company's VP of Sales & Design.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and establishing connections with potential new customers.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, including sales analysis, target setting, and performance tracking based on KPIs.
• Location: Beit Tolman's, HaLahi St., Bnei Brak

Requirements:

• Essential: Prior experience in sales management and a proven track record of success in premium sales.
• Significant Advantage: Background in architecture/design.
• Strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and attention to visual details.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven analytical abilities
