SALES Manager / VP - Cryptocurrency startup

A great startup in the fields of cryptocurrency and blockchain is seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic Sales Manager / VP to lead its sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute a strategic sales agenda for acquiring new clients.

● Lead the team of Sales representatives to achieve and exceed the

company's sales goals.

● Develop and cultivate long-term professional relationships with existing, new, and

potential clients.

● Identify and actively build a long-term sales pipeline, exploring opportunities in

both existing and new markets.

● Manage the entire sales cycle for prospective accounts, from initial contact to

closing deals.

● Explore and establish new markets for the company's products or services.

● Participate in selecting conferences to exhibit or attend and manage the event's

sales activities.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience in a sales management role within a global

software company.

● Experience in sales within a startup environment in a technical B2B product.

● Proven track record of success selling a SaaS product in the fintech / cyber fields - MUST !!!

● Understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies - a great Advantage.

● Experience working with C-level managers in a global company.

● Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to travel as needed.

● Fluent English speaker at a mother-tongue level
