Tperson is looking for a Data Specialist who wants to make an impact, using data.

You will be required to define and measure KPI’s, analyze data, answer business questions, build dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets (SQL)
  • Data Visualization: build custom and ad-hoc reports / dashboards
  • Answer business questions using data
  • Define data requirements
  • Conduct tests
  • Measure performance

Position Requirements: 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data
  • Good understanding of business
  • 3-5 year of data analysis experience
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Bachelor degree in a highly quantitative field (such as mathematics, statistics or engineering) - an advantage
  • Programming skills – an advantage 
  • Experience with statistical modeling and ML - an advantage
  • R, Python, or other scripting language - an advantage
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills
  • High level of English proficiency
