Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in a complex Agile environment with multi-disciplinary teams, including Product, R&D, QA, Customer Support, and Marketing.
• Gather, analyze, and deeply understand technical information, translating complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Plan, develop, write, and maintain technical manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, API documentation, and online help.
• Independently manage documentation for a dedicated product line.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer.
• Experience with Paligo is mandatory.
• Experience with component-based content management systems for content reuse.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with precise English grammar.
• Proficient in applying a consistent technical writing style.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
• Capable of independently handling multiple projects and assignments.
• Understanding of SaaS and cloud products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CSS and HTML is an advantage.
