Head of Operations for a Medical Device Company

Job description

I'm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and manage manufacturing and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of our products to customers while adhering to strict quality standards.

The Role includes management of Mfg, Supply chain, Engineering & Logistics. Managing ~80 employees Location: Haifa, Israel

Job requirements

• A relevant first degree is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing operation systems (Engineering/Supply Chain/Manufacturing) is a must.

• Proven experience in managing managers and employees.

• Experience in medical devices companies ISO13485 is a must.

• Proficiency in working with and implementing ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Hebrew and English is mandatory.
