Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Description

• Communicating with customers via various channels of communication (Face to face Meeting’s, Phone calls and Email’s).
• Working under pressure while providing fast and accurate responses to our customers.
• Establishing strong customer relationship and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through on boarding and ongoing engagement.
• Working with internal and external service providers (banks, lawyers, agents, etc).
• Assisting customers in the transfer and conversion of their funds.
• Set up new customer accounts
• Maintain customer records by updating account information on company CRM.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Proactive problem-solving attitude
• Prior experience in customer service in the world of banking - an advantage
• English and Hebrew- High level of reading, writing and speaking
• Working knowledge of French - an advantage

Working Hours and Location

Sunday- Thursday 09:00 until 18:00

The position is based from our Ramat Gan office (opposite to the Savidor Mercaz train station)
