About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for a 6-month contract, with the potential of growing into a full-time position. The primary responsibility of this role is to source and recruit top talent, with a particular focus on technical positions such as developers and engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong background in HR sourcing and recruiting, particularly within a SaaS startup environment, and who is looking to contribute to a high-impact team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top-tier candidates for technical roles, including developers, engineers, and other specialized positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5  years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment for technical positions.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS startup is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the technical recruitment landscape and the ability to source candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
