Business Analyst

Our FP&A team is growing, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join us!

You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw business data into actionable insights. Working

closely with FP&A and data professionals, This role ensures stakeholders have continuous access to reliable data, empowering informed decision-making across the organization.

What will you do?

• Lead the testing and validation of the company data warehouse to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and other analytical tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Orchestrate and lead the company's presentations used by senior leadership and the Board of Directors
• See beyond numbers and take part in informing, influencing, supporting, and executing Perion's business decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
  
  

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a similar quantitative field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong SQL with experience in data extraction and manipulation.
• Experienced with BI tools such as Tableau for report/dashboard development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and with other teams, such as the business/product/data teams.
• Passionate for data, a doer who knows how to translate challenges into actions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and reliability.
• Experience working in finance business areas and modeling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office, in particular in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ad-Tech experience - advantage
• Excellent English – writing and verbal skills.
