About The Position

Elmo servo drives technology provides motion control for the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductor, and industrial automation equipment.

Responsibilities:

Co-create compelling marketing messages that attract potential customers.
Plan, hands-on execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting campaign progress.
Produce and adapt marketing materials like online banners, email and internet content, product sheets, etc. into various languages.
Manage the localization of campaigns in N. America / APAC.
Collaborate and manage agency resources to plan and develop inbound strategies.
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and, feedback & present monthly performance updates.
Plan, execute, and optimize the SEO strategy.
Stay updated on the Motion Control landscape to make campaign strategy recommendations and battle competitors’ messaging.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaigns hands-on execution, tracking, and reporting for both paid and organic, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio (Optional)..
Experience in building the infrastructure for measuring ROI and campaign performance.
Profound knowledge in AI tools for marketing activities
Experience in campaigns on YouTube, LinkedIn, Google
Expert in Google Ads and experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Wide experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
familiar with Salesforce Pardot- advantage
Execution of digital campaigns on one or more of the platforms: Baidu, Xing, Navar, and WeChat - high advantage.
Images, and video editing capabilities.
You can implement analytics to measure the set KPIs on the whole funnel.
English mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
Demonstrated confidence in written, interpersonal and oral communication is essential.
Proactive, independent, assertive, and self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team.
