Performance Advertising Specialist

A global, premium beauty brand is looking for a Performance Advertising Specialist to lead its paid and organic traffic growth. If you're a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for e-commerce and a strong analytical mindset, this could be your next exciting move.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok
• Act as the key contact for external media agencies, ensuring strong alignment and measurable results
• Lead organic traffic efforts by collaborating with content and social media teams
• Analyze performance data, deliver insights, and recommend optimizations
• Oversee and distribute advertising budgets strategically across platforms
• Stay informed on industry updates, trends, and competitor activity
• Regularly report on campaign KPIs and performance to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing
• Proven ability to manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Experience working with external marketing agencies
• Strong background in SEO and content marketing
• Fluent English – must; other languages – a plus
• Advanced Excel skills – must
• Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods – advantage
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail
