We׳re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Billing Specialist to join our growing Finance team.

Work closely with our growing sales team.
Assist in implementing new billing tools and improve current billing processes.
Communicate daily with the company's enterprise clients.
Work closely with controllers on new deals, contracts, and related tax matters.
Prepare financial and administrative reports, as needed.
Manage the day-to-day enterprise billing activities and collection activities.
Review payment entries for accuracy and to ensure account balances are correct.
Analyze billing data to proactively track and prevent erroneous invoices.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist/Collection Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist/Finance operations or a similar position.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience in High-tech/start-up companies - An advantage.
Experience with Priority/NetSuite and SalesForce - An advantage.
