About the position

Growthspace, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking a People Operations & HR professional to help us continue to build a culture where employees thrive.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth execution of HR and office operations, ensuring a top-notch employee experience from onboarding to daily engagement. You’ll report directly to our VP of HR and work closely with teams across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations: supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment

Plan and manage company events, offsites, and team-building activities

Support global wellbeing initiatives that boost morale and engagement

Partner with Finance to support payroll, invoices, and documentation

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers

Maintain and update our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy

Be the go-to person for employee questions and needs

Help foster an inclusive, engaging, and connected workplace

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in People Operations, Office Management, or HR roles - must

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a true “people person”

Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and finance tools (HiBob – an advantage)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global tech environment

Fluent in Hebrew and English
