The company is HQ in the heart of Tel Aviv.We’re looking for a Backend Engineer Team Lead eager to become one of our pioneering core team members and establish themselves as a significant building block of our products and company at this critical point in time before we reach greater heights.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, lead and grow a strong team of Backend engineersDeliver new game features and functionality for large-scale mobile gamesCollaborate with other development teams, product managers, UI\UX designers, and others to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaborationTake full accountability for major features from specification and planning through execution & coding with multiple engineersStay hands-on in the code, design and architectureUse and teach the best engineering methodologies, high quality development, coding and designing skills.
