CEO Production Plant India

A dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join our team as the CEO of a production plant based in India. Proven track record in the electronics industry and possess strong management skills to oversee all aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, and production. Key Responsibilities: • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance global supply chain efficiency and drive profitability. • Industry Expertise: * Extensive experience in the electronics industry, particularly in machining, PCB manufacturing, molds and injection and manufacturing processes. - Hands-on experience managing production and engineering teams. * Familiarity with regional market dynamics and demand. • Quality and Procurement: * Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and procurement processes. • Financial Expertise: - Experience in financial management, including P&L oversight and other accounting reports. • Relationship Building: - Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients. - Effective communication across diverse cultural backgrounds. - A team player who will be able to cooperate and maintain transparent communication with the HQ office in Israel. • Strategic Thinking: - Capable of developing and executing business strategies to maximize profitability. - Experience in cost analysis and budget management. • Leadership Skills: - Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving operational excellence and innovation. • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Hindi) is a plus. • Relocation: This position requires relocation to Cochin, India.
