As a Platform Program Manager, you will oversee large, cross-functional programs that have a direct impact on Payoneer's long-term business success. Your focus will be on program ownership, strategic alignment, and process governance across multiple teams and domains.

This role requires exceptional leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration, influence decision-making at all levels, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for aligning diverse teams, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of large-scale initiatives. Additionally, analytical skills are critical for identifying trends, assessing risks, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve problems before they impact program success.

What you'll do:

This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, enhance transparency, and optimize delivery processes while working within the domain teams in our ongoing effort to achieve execution excellence. As such, this role will focus on:

Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and domains.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, GTM, etc.) are aligned and working toward shared objectives.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate cross-domain risks, constraints, and dependencies to prevent execution bottlenecks.
Process & Governance: Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and tracking frameworks to ensure visibility, accountability, and execution excellence.
Strategic Impact: Drive measurable outcomes, ensuring that programs contribute meaningfully to business growth and product scalability.

Who you are:

BSc degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, economics or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs or large-scale projects within complex, global tech corporates.
Strong grasp of technical and business processes, with the ability to bridge gaps between diverse stakeholders and drive alignment.
Build trust, navigate ambiguity, and bring cross-functional teams together without formal authority to reduce friction and accelerate outcomes.
Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives aligned with company goals, balancing strategic vision with attention to detail.
Leverage KPIs, performance data, and insights to guide decision-making, track impact, and enable continuous improvement.
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and functions, ensuring shared understanding and momentum.
Experienced in delivery life cycles and product management frameworks.
