We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our B2B Growth team, reporting directly to the B2B Analytics Lead. In this role, you will influence decision-making processes by collaborating with teams across the company, working with data, creating monitoring tools, drawing actionable insights, and communicating them to stakeholders at all levels. We seek a team player with excellent analytical skills, the ability to tell a story through data, attention to detail, proficiency in conveying a message, and strong problem-solving abilities.

What you'll be spending your time on:

Strategic Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using storytelling, data visualization, and compelling presentations.
Lead Key Analyses: Conduct in-depth analyses on topics like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and other business KPIs.
Tracking and Methodologies: Create tracking tools, dashboards, and methodologies to enhance business visibility and identify growth opportunities.
Forecasting and Target Setting: Develop business forecasts and set targets based on a deep understanding of the macro environment, business performance, and market challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Growth, and Sales, to drive business improvements and track growth initiatives.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
BA/B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Proficient in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, creating dynamic models).
Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
Deep understanding of business analysis, modeling, and data infrastructure, driven by business goals.
Curious, with a strategic mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data.
Ability to drive change and impact within a complex organizational environment, comfortable with some pressure.
Enjoys solving problems and answering business questions using data, with a keen eye for detail and the bigger picture.
Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a results-oriented environment.

Not a must but a great advantage:

Experience with Salesforce.
Background in Financial Services or FinTech companies
