Program Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are looking for a highly motivated, process-oriented, communication-driven Program Manager to join our Product Strategy team and fill in a maternity leave position . You will oversee Tipalti's core initiatives from planning to execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to launch strategic features and products, and contribute greatly to Tipalti's high growth success. The Program Manager is a key position in every feature rollout, and it is an opportunity to make an impact and work with some of the most talented people in the industry.

What You'll Do

Lead large, global, cross-functional programs including new feature rollout, strategic initiatives, and global expansion
Align the program with the company goals and go to market strategy
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure successful project execution
Develop communication methods to ensure transparency and clarity for project stakeholders and cross-company
Evaluate and communicate program health, risks, and challenges
Plan, test and scale programs to grow adoption of strategic features

Minimum requirements

3+ years experience as a Program / Project Manager
Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
Ability to effectively prioritizing and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation of content
Highly collaborative with a positive "can do" attitude and problem solving skills
Highly organized, people's person, detail oriented, and fast learner
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and internal documentation tools, including Confluance

Desired skills

Bachelor's degree (Business or Finance preferred)
Experience working with global teams
Experience and passion to Fintech
