User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team and take part in growing our user base across the world.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute UA Strategies: Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
Budget Management: Own and manage significant UA budgets to achieve performance targets.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on key metrics (e.g., CPI, ROAS, LTV).
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with UA trends, competitor activity, and emerging acquisition platforms.
Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in User Acquisition – Must
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising, and best practices in user acquisition, with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data and present it in reports.
Passion for gaming and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
Experienced in Gaming/ Marketing – an advantage
Know how to deliver results with strict performance goals
Fluent verbal & written skills in English
