Senior Marketing & Brand Designer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Designer to join our top-notch marketing team, to help improve branding, lead generation, and sales conversion rates on our Products

Our Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of how to research, plan, implement, and manage projects, together with the ability to take ownership of multiple projects. We are looking for someone to challenge and improve our design not just execute

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the brief, design, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital ads, social media, landing pages, videos and in-app promotions. internal requirements, and more.
• Manage creative processes and their timely delivery by deadlines with different stakeholders from across the company.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing materials are innovative and cutting-edge.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in Creative Monetization / Marketing / Brand designֿ
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, or a related field
• Ability to lead in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user- centred design process with a strong creative concepts cracking skills
• High-quality, pixel-perfect design with strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite Figma, and other graphic design software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multiple teams
• A strong design portfolio consisting of branding projects and marketing assets, full campaigns, and strong graphic principles

• UX/UI experience
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Motion and After Effects experience
