About the Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will:

• Lead Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of machine projects, from initial planning through to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with planners and suppliers in Israel and internationally to ensure seamless machine integration on the factory floor.
• Innovate & Implement: Absorb and integrate new machinery into our factory, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor Performance: Supervise and maintain KPIs related to engineering performance in the factory.
• Flexibility Required: Be prepared to work unconventional hours and travel internationally to engage with suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise: Strong background in mechanics, pneumatics, programmed controllers, hydraulics, and machining.
• Communication: High proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken.
