Program Manager (PMO)

Description

We are looking for an experienced, creative and highly motivated Program Manager, who has solid experience in SaaS-based product development to oversee Verbit R&D and Product work.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading quarterly and yearly product iterations, including fostering and overseeing work plans and schedules, controlling deliverables, synchronizing project stakeholders, ensuring cross products synchronization.
• Tracking & assessing development progress according to work plan and defined quality parameters
• Assessing and manage risks, addressing challenges and work with the development teams to remove impediments
• Collect and analyze data from the teams, ALM tools, to provide insights, raise flags, and periodically present status to management
• Ensure organizational readiness for milestones delivery (e.g Support, NPI, Services, Sales groups, etc.)
• Lead the quarterly iteration retrospectives process: Aggregate the retrospectives from the teams, facilitate, summarize, publish and follow-up on the raised issues/AIs and ensure continues improvement
• Be the one individual who can address all delivery and program related topics
• Prioritize effectively, optimizing an endless array of possibilities into the ones that will deliver the greatest results to the business
• Build clear and inclusive communication cadences to drive progress and decision making
  
  

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years of relevant project/program management experience with a proven track record of driving change.
• A self-starter with bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team towards product solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives
• Experience managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities.
• Experience with iterative or Agile methodologies and techniques
• Jira admin knowledge
• A team player with a "can-do" attitude, passionate about delivering quality products that meet customer expectations
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
