By using high-end data tools to leverage the market trends and needs, we give our customers a personalized and unique online shopping experience.

Seeking a Business Analyst with proven experience in e-commerce website management and performance analysis, including data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive sales growth. Proficiency in web measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential and expertise in A/B testing analysis and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Explore & analyze large-scale data sets and data sources (Internal DWH, Google Big-Query, Athena, and more) to optimize and improve business performance and processes.
• Generate actionable insights through queries and data visualization tools (Tableau, looker)
• Initiate new projects and ideas to advise the company's needs.
• Driving actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in writing complex SQL queries - must
• Experience with GA4 and Big Query - must
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau - must
• 3+ years of experience in the online industry – must
• Proven experience in e-commerce website management, performance analysis, and proficiency in web measures - must
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
• Experience with EXCEL
