Global Sustainability Brand Manager

Description

We are looking for a talented Global Sustainability Brand Manager to join our team at Kfar Saba, reporting to the Global Marketing Communication Manager.

This position plays a role in the development of the SodaStream brand. The Global Sustainability Brand Manager will drive and execute sustainability initiatives, communications, and product development strategies. As a Global Sustainability Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability agenda forward, influencing both internal strategies and external communications on a global scale.

We are looking for talented and driven people with different perspectives and experiences to imagine the unimaginable and continue our journey of a world with fewer single-use plastic bottles.

How The Day-to-day Will Look Like

• Project Management: ** Oversee complex projects with multiple interfaces, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with sustainability goals.
• Strategy development: ** Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, including three-year and one-year plans, to drive our brand’s sustainability agenda.
• Product innovation: work closely with the operational team R&D and business units to create the foundation for sustainable product development.
• Execute marketing communication plans to deliver on brand and business KPIs
• Manage suppliers and stakeholders (production, digital, social, and creative) Ensure global guidelines are upheld during all execution of the brand activation. Intensive work with SodaStream's markets worldwide Working with various stakeholders and teams across multiple regions. Ensure effective communication and integration of efforts to align with international regulations and standards and local needs

• Minimum 3 years of Marketing, communication, and digital experience
• Proven experience in managing multifaceted projects strategic planning and in product development
• Experience in multi-tasking and working with multiple interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms & social media.
• Excellent English (Native speakers, advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar experience.
• Strong capabilities in time management, and solution-driven personality
• Attention to detail and very strong execution skills
• Team player who inspires colleagues to maintain high work standards
