Solutions Architect

I'm looking for a Solution Architect to join us at Compie!

Responsibilities

You need to be a leader in demonstrating architecture, planning, deploying solutions including the following:

* Build and design complex, efficient and reusable software solutions

* Understand the customer needs, potential problems and potential roadmap and integrate it into the proposed solution

* Build deep relationships with senior executives and customer technical personnel and helping to build innovative software & cloud solutions in large or highly strategic accounts

* Articulating the customer business value that can be achieved through technology

* Drive decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow through with extraordinary verbal and written communication

* Demonstrated excellence when facilitating customer design and awareness sessions that are focused on complex WEB application solution architectures.

* Act as a technical leader to the customer and the development teams implementing the design software solutions

An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks that may be used by our customers.

* Implementation of software solution across private, hynriud and leading cloud provider platforms (Azure, AWS, Google)

* Demonstrate equal strength and capability throughout the lifecycle of complex engagement delivery, leading a solution team from architecture and design to implementation.

* Constant learning of new technologies, concepts and tools

Qualifications

Must haves:

* BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Relevant militery service or equivalent

* 5+ years of experience designing and architecting (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) new and current systems

* Execute end-to-end architecture in at least 3 systems

* Past experience of at least 2.5 years at coding large systems 

* Knowledge in public cloud technologies – AWS

* Microservices architecture design experience

* Knowledge in Containers and Container Orchestration technologies

* Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills

* Ability to write high-level solution s and scope of work s in both English & Hebrew

* Design skills and experience driving projects from concept to prototype to production

* Strong verbal and written communications skills

* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, positive attitude, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

* Familiarity with ISO 9001/90003 standard

* On the presale level - experience in managing complex processes and projects, with a high level of integration across multiple components and stakeholders

* Top secret (level 3 or higher) clearance.
