Chief Executive Officer

An industrial manufacturing company specializing in advanced military products in the southern region actively seeks a highly experienced and qualified CEO to lead the company into the future.

The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including:

• Developing and implementing a strategic vision for the company.
• Growing the company's revenue and profitability
• Managing the company's operations, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
• Building and maintaining a strong team of executives and employees

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• 5+ years of experience as a CEO in the plastics or metals manufacturing industry.
• A deep understanding of the supply chain, operations, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
• Experience managing P&L units.
• Experience managing at least 300 employees.
• Strong business acumen.
• The ability to motivate and inspire employees.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record of business development.
• The ability to lead continuous improvement processes.
• A bachelor's degree in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering and management.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, maintained to a highly professional standard.

An advance:

• Experience with labor unions
• Experience working with the defense industry in Israel and around the world.
• An additional degree in economics, marketing, or business administration
