Head of Engineering Department

Galam International Group, a leader in the process industry with three advanced plants, seeks an experienced and dynamic Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex engineering projects in production and construction
• Establish high-budget plants
• Manage interfaces with authorities, contractors, and suppliers
• Implement technological processes
• Oversee a team of 8 engineers and project managers
• Provide engineering support to operations
• Contribute to operations strategy
• Reporting to the VP of Operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• 5+ years of experience in the process industry
• Proven project and team management experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Creative problem-solving and budget management
