The Role
We are looking for Disposition Specialists with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity. Your responsibility would be to market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline.
The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, committed with great interpersonal skills.
Be Accountable for:
-Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
-Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
-Market properties according to established procedures
-Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company.
-Communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates using email, text or phone calls.
-Hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.
-Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis.
The Right Person:
-Previous experience working in sales, investor relations or similar role.
-Highly fluent/Native English speaker.
-Exceptional in long term relationship building
-Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
-Tenacious, ambitious, and persistent team player with a strong executive presence and dedication to achieving goals.
-Strong communication and time management skills
-Tech savvy, previous experience with CRM systems is proffered
-Bachelor Degree in Business / Real Estate Investments
Working Conditions:
Location: Hamelacha st, Tel Aviv (Gindi Towers)
Working days: Monday-Friday Hybrid, Tuesday & Friday from home.
Working hours: 17:00-2:00
