User Acquisition Specialist - Mobile

We are looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing core team!

Your role and responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive mobile user acquisition strategies across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, TikTok, ASA, UAC) to drive high-quality user acquisition at scale
• Report on campaign performance and communicate key findings to the relevant team members on a regular basis
• Continuously monitor and optimize high-budget campaigns to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to build effective marketing creatives
• Grow new mobile marketing channels - Twitter, Snapchat and others, media buying platforms, as well as any other relevant channels

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in large-scale ($500K and more) mobile user acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel skills
• Strong understanding of mobile acquisition channels including Facebook, TikTok, UAC, ASA (programmatic advertising is a plus).
• Experience with mobile measurement and analytics platforms such as Appsflyer or Adjust
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a wide range of competing tasks in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of today's best practices in performance marketing
• Fluent English - verbal and written

• iOS marketing experience
• B2C marketing experience
