Job Description:

• Identifying and recruiting candidates suitable for open positions across various fields.
• Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and recruiting employees accordingly.
• Advertising job openings on relevant job sites and platforms.
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and recruiting candidates.
• Working seamlessly with recruitment software systems.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment and placement.
• Experience in team management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit high-quality candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding human relations and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in computer and relevant office software.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in customer service, international markets - advantage.
