Email Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who is proficient in email marketing and newsletter management, and who is creative, data-driven, and customer-centric. 

The ideal candidate will Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies aligned with marketing goals. Manage all aspects of email campaigns, including segmentation, creative development, testing, deployment, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end email program, including planning A/B tests and analyzing results every week.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content creation and campaign integration
• Optimizing email marketing performance and engagement.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Measuring the success of campaigns and improving email engagements, conversion rates and deliverability rates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
• Experience with email deliverability tools and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
