Business Analyst

We seek a highly motivated, Business Analyst to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business results and track KPIs to improve the company's effectiveness and help achieve our business goals.
• Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems.
• Use the company's BI systems to analyze, draw conclusions, and identify potential gaps/opportunities in the company's business flows with strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate new ideas and discover new opportunities.
• Working in collaboration and synchronization with other professionals such as: market analysts and business developers.
• Auditing business practices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Analytical and business work experience, preferably for a web company, online industry.
• High level of Excel - must.
• Experience working with SQL - advantage.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Motivation, in-depth business understanding, aspiration for excellence, creative and out of the box thinking.
• Dominance, ability to work with a team pleasantly.
• Basic English skills.
• BA in Business, Economics, or technical discipline, B.S. in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Proactive and initiative attitude and time-management skills.
