Integration Testing and Development Team Leader

The Missile and space systems division seeks an Integration Testing and Development Team Leader.

What will you do:

• Manage and plan integration and development testing programs for weapon systems in air defense projects.
• Leading integration and testing activities for weapon systems for clients, including participation in trials.
• Managing a team of system engineers and integration engineers.
• Providing professional guidance to the team and being responsible for expanding their knowledge in weapon system domains.
• Overseeing project laboratories and tools used for integration and investigations.
• Supporting marketing efforts for similar additional systems.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Required.
• Over 6 years of experience in software/hardware systems integration - Required.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience - Required.
• Significant advantage for experience in control and command systems integration.
• Technical ability to solve problems in development and integration.
• Willingness to travel abroad (3 times a year).
