Program Manager

For a leading company developing Power Supplies and Networking Products for the Military Industry. We are looking for a Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to completion.

• Monitor project's data concentration, schedule management, budget, outputs and products.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables among the customers and various interfaces in the organization.

• Look after project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Lead the PMOs team and manage day-to-day activities of the team, including prioritizing.

• Work with computerized systems, such as MS Project and Priority.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA degree in management or a relevant field – Mandatory

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Program Manager with previous experience in defense companies – Mandatory

• 3+ years of experience in team management role – Mandatory

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with networking, electronic or security products and operations.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, capable of quickly identifying and resolving project issues.

• MS Project and Priority - advantage

• Excellent problem-solving ability

• English - fluent. The position requires talking and writing in English.
