Join Our Team: We are seeking a passionate and talented Data / Business Analyst to join our data team. This team is at the forefront of managing analytics and analytical media buying products, providing critical reporting and insights that drive company strategy and operational performance. You will be integral in optimizing, analyzing, and interpreting vast amounts of data to enhance visibility into operations, portfolio, and strategy performance, offering actionable recommendations that propel business improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities who wants to answer complex business questions and solve high level technical challenges and take a major part in operational decision making using A/B testing and your statistical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• You will bring analytical excellence and statistical methods to the high levelchallenges of measuring quality in order to improve our different advertising products.
• You will use problem solving and creativity to apply appropriate metrics in the creation of compelling and thorough analysis.

• You will design and build BI dashboards and reports for supporting our analytics and operations departments and clients.
• You will use problem solving and creativity to apply appropriate tests and metrics to improve our products' performance.

Basic Qualifications

• A full time position.
• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in SQL or similar database management languages.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages.
• Proficiency in Excel. Experience with databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, and BigQuery or similar - advantage.
• Familiar with some BI tools such as Tableau / Qlikview - advantage.
• Soul player and ability to work independently as well as in a team
