Frontend Team lead - 5090

We're looking for a highly motivated and talented Frontend Team lead to join our growing core team in a start up like environment that will help envision, lead and deliver our novel cyber security solution.

Location: Tel-Aviv, Hibrid

Key Responsibilities

As the Cloudinfra Front-End Team Lead you will:

• Drive the team's strategic technical direction
• Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives
• Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap
• Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
• Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of React and its ecosystem - must
• 2+ year experience in management positions
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems
• Passionate leader with deep desire to make an impact
• Knowledge of Node.js backend development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - required
